Importance of diet during pregnancy period is very important for the development of child. Ayurveda has explained a perfect way of diet during pregnancy. Ayurveda says that all the elements in the body are nourished from the diet which we consume. The food which is consumed by the pregnant lady nourishes the baby in womb. It is very important that every pregnant woman should keep her digestion very good. If her digestion is good then and then only the baby will get good nourishment.
Perfect guidance of diet is given based on every individual and her prakruti and month of pregnancy.

Ayurved based diet is prescribed for every individual.
