Yoga asans performed during pregnancy helps the lady to develop the muscles strength and tone. This helps her to sustain the stress on the body and helps to be healthy through out the pregnancy period.

The stretching exercises, the asans helps to keep the lady away from back pain which is developed during the pregnancy.

This has a particular schedule. Month’s wise and trimesters wise schedule is given to the ladies to perform Yogasans.

Meditation:
This is the process which helps the lady to realize her self and realize her inner strength and utilize it for the development of her child. This process also helps the lady to know her breathing pattern and who to use it correctly to overcome the stress. This process also helps the lady to know her mind and control the desires.
